Sale Details:

The sale is only on in-stock/ready-to-ship pieces available on the website.
The sale isn’t applicable to made-to-order designs from Instagram unless mentioned.
The sale will start precisely at 12 AM IST on 13th July (i.e., midnight). A timer will be set on the website for our international clients to make it easy to figure out the exact time.
Cash on Delivery option isn’t available during the sale.

Order Handling:

Sometimes, due to the rush, the same items get ordered in different carts. The first order will be given priority, and the second will get canceled. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases; we will do our best to avoid clashes.

Sale Duration:

The sale will end at 12 PM on 21st July.

Ready Your Wishlist:

Those who have been our patrons since the last two sale seasons know how quickly the items sell out as soon as the clock strikes 12.
Simply log in, add your desired pieces to your wishlist, and add your final pieces to the cart not more than a week before. Carts expire after a week.
When the day of the sale arrives, you’ll have the best chance to grab your loved pieces.

Customisations:

Only minor customisation requests like changing the color of beads, hangings, or pearls will be considered for sale pieces.
Customisation of kundan colors, swapping of earrings, changing the design, etc., will not be possible for sale pieces.
Customisation charges will be additional, depending on the work, labor, time, and material needed to make the changes.
While placing an order, please mention ‘CUSTOMISATION required, DO NOT SHIP’ in the order notes and once ordered, leave us an email with the subject – CUSTOMISATION in (your order number) on info@mortantra.com.
We will get back to you after 21st July for custom requests. Please do not ask for urgent customisations. Customisation as requested will be done in 7-8 working days post our response after the sale.

Domestic Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched a week after the sale ends, i.e., post 28th July. Please wait for us to email you the tracking details.
Free shipping for orders above INR 6000.
INR 200 shipping charges for orders below INR 6000.
Orders cannot be clubbed for domestic shipping.
Orders with ‘Made to Order pieces’ will be sent post 6 weeks all together.

International Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched a week after the sale ends, i.e., post 28th July. Please wait for us to email you the tracking details.
Free shipping for orders above INR 35,000.
INR 3000 shipping charges for orders below INR 35,000.
If you wish to place multiple orders and have them shipped together, please mention in the order note while placing an order – ‘DO NOT SHIP, wish to add more’ and contact us on WhatsApp or email to add more items later. Subject – CLUB (your order numbers).

Made to Order Pieces:

The sale is only on in-stock pieces available on the website. However, we will have certain designs available on a made-to-order basis – our best sellers.
Please refrain from requesting individual designs to be brought back in stock while the sale is on.
Kindly do not send older designs to ask if they are on sale. Whatever is on sale will be up on the website.
Orders consisting of made-to-order designs will be shipped 6 weeks after the sale.
Please do not request to split and send ready pieces separately from made-to-order pieces. One order will be shipped collectively once all pieces are ready.

Returns and Exchange:

Orders once place in the Sale, cannot be cancelled.

We are happy to modify the order - change a particular order with other pieces, the order value need to be same or higher, difference amount will have to paid.

Refund in no case will be provided.

COD orders if need to be cancelled, the advance 10% of the whole order will go into cancellation charge.
