What’s Covered
We lovingly stand behind the workmanship of your jewelry. Our 1-year warranty covers:
Minor repairs like loose beads, pearls, or fittings.
Manufacturing defects in setting, polish, or structure.
Accidental breakage due to light use (e.g., chain or clasp issues).
Each repair is handled with the same care that created your original piece.
What’s Not Covered
While we’re here for most mishaps, some situations fall outside our warranty:
Rough handling, misuse, or excessive wear.
Broken stones or glass due to drops or force.
Tarnish due to sweat, perfumes, or moisture exposure.
Fading due to storage in velvet boxes or prolonged sun exposure.
Lost or stolen jewelry.
Any repair work done outside Mortantra.
Please also note that jewelry tarnishing or damage due to water, cosmetics, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Post-Warranty Support
Even after your warranty ends, we’re still here to help. Paid repair services are available for older Mortantra pieces depending on the extent of damage and availability of materials.
We recommend storing jewelry in airtight pouches and using soft cloth to gently wipe pieces after wear to extend longevity.

Please note: Return shipping charges for repair services will be borne by the customer.
