Useful Tips:
  • The website will be under maintenance from 6:00 PM to IST on 9: 59PM  24th July. We recommend keeping your carts ready before this period.
  • Many of our collections, for eg: Tribal and Mishr, include one-of-a-kind pieces with only a single unit available. These are often added to multiple carts. We recommend therefore adding alternate colour variants or similar options to your wishlist as a backup.
  • If the piece in your cart gets sold out,kindly refer to your Wishlist and checkout with your alternate selections.
  • If a few pieces in your cart get sold out during checkout, we recommend completing your order with the remaining pieces first.  We recommend avoiding going back to add Wishlist items at that point, as more pieces in your cart may sell out in the meantime.
  • You can always place another order later. International orders can be clubbed together.

Add your second-choice pieces to your Wishlist in advance. If your first choice sells out, you'll be able to quickly place an order from your Wishlist without searching for them again.

Turn on Instagram Notifications:

  • Please go to our Instagram profile tap the bell icon on the top right and turn on all notifications so you never miss an update.
  • There are going to be a lot of styling tips, videos and live sessions on Instagram to help you make the most of our Annual Sale so look out from them.
  • And don't forget to like, comment and share your favourite pieces with us. The more you interact with our page, the more likely Instagram is to show you our latest updates.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 
1. Mortantra Dastak, our 10th Annual Sale, offers a Flat 30% OFF sitewide. The sale will run from 24th July to 2nd August.

2. Sale Applicability:

The Annual Sale is applicable only on in-stock / ready-to-ship jewellery available on the Mortantra website and on pieces available at our Ahmedabad and Chandigarh stores during the sale period.

Made-to-order designs available through Instagram are not part of the sale unless specifically mentioned.


3. Sale Timings:

The sale will begin at 10:00 PM IST on 24th July & will conclude at 12:00 PM IST on 3rd August

5. Order Availability

During the Annual Sale, multiple customers may place orders for the same piece within a very short span of time. While our systems are designed to update inventory in real time, there may occasionally be technical glitch where an item is simultaneously purchased before the inventory is fully refreshed.

In such cases, we will get in touch with you and offer the best possible resolution. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.


6. Updates & Announcements

a. To ensure you don't miss any important sale announcements, we recommend keeping notifications turned on throughout the sale period.

b. Turn on notifications for https://www.instagram.com/mortantra on Instagram by tapping the bell icon on our profile. This will ensure you receive updates on surprise launches, flash drops and important sale announcements.

c. We also recommend joining our WhatsApp and Instagram Broadcast Channels for real-time reminders, announcements and sale updates.

d. Important communication during the sale, including reminders, announcements and updates, will be shared through our WhatsApp Broadcast, Instagram Broadcast and E-mailers.

 

Get Your Cart Ready:

1.Those of you who have shopped with us during the last two Annual Sales already know how quickly pieces get reserved once the sale begins.

2. We recommend logging into your account in advance, adding your favourite pieces to your cart and keeping everything ready before the sale goes live. This enables you with the best opportunity to checkout with your preferred pieces once the sale begins.

3. Please review and update your cart regularly. Carts that remain inactive for an extended period may automatically expire after 14 days.

Customisations:

a. Only minor customisation requests, like changes to the colour of beads, hangings or pearls, will be considered for pieces purchased during the sale.

b. Requests involving changes to kundan colours, swapping of earrings or changes to the original design may not be accommodated during the sale period.

c. Customisation charges will be additional & will depend on the work, labour, time and material required. The applicable charges will be shared prior with you by our team before the customisation work begins.

d. Customised orders may require additional time for completion and dispatch. We will make every effort to complete the requested customisation within 10 to14 working days after the sale period.

e. While placing your order, we request you to please mention:

‘CUSTOMISATION REQUIRED’| DO NOT SHIP” in the order notes.

Our team will review and respond to customisation requests after the Annual Sale concludes. Urgent customisation requests will not be possible during the sale period.

Once the customisation process has begun, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or replaced.

If a confirmed customisation later needs to be reversed, additional labour and material charges will be applicable.

Domestic Shipping:

Ready-to-ship domestic orders will be dispatched approximately after 14 days post order date for ready items. In case, there is any made-to-order item, the whole order will be dispatched together in 6-8 weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you by email. We request your patience during the sale dispatch period, as order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Domestic Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above INR 6,000
  • INR 200 shipping charge on orders below INR 6,000

Multiple domestic orders cannot be combined for shipping.

Orders containing made-to-order pieces will be dispatched together once all the pieces in that order are ready. The expected dispatch time for such orders is approximately six weeks after the sale.


International Shipping:

Ready-to-ship international orders will be dispatched  approximately after 14 days post order date for ready items. In case, there is any made-to-order item, the whole order will be dispatched together in 6-8 weeks.

Tracking details will be shared with you by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping Charges

  • Free standard international shipping on orders above INR 40,000
  • Shipment charges will vary accordingly as per the shipping address & pincode once you proceed towards the checkout page & the appropriate calculation will be done accordingly.

The price difference applicable to international orders covers export documentation, jewellery certifications, insurance, statutory paperwork, currency conversion and other international compliance requirements. This is separate from the shipping charge.

If you plan to place multiple international orders and would like them shipped together, we recommend informing us while placing the first order. This can help avoid separate shipping charges, wherever applicable.

Cash on Delivery Orders: (COD)

A 10% advance payment is required to confirm and block all Cash on Delivery orders.

If a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled after confirmation, the 10% advance amount will be retained as cancellation charges and will not be refunded.


Loyalty Points:

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed during the Mortantra Dastak Annual SALE period.

Made-to-Order Pieces:

The Annual Sale is primarily applicable to in-stock pieces available on the website.
Please avoid requesting individual designs to be specially brought back in stock while the sale is ongoing.

Older designs that are not listed on the website during the sale will not be included in the sale. All pieces available as part of the sale will be clearly listed on the website.

Orders containing made-to-order designs will be dispatched approximately six weeks after the sale.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, the complete order will be dispatched together once all pieces are ready.Please note, we will not be able to split such orders and dispatch the ready-to-ship pieces separately.

Store Sale:

The Ahmedabad and Chandigarh store sale will be available by appointment only and will apply only to pieces available in the respective store subject to availability at that time.

The store stock will be revised after the online sale. The selection available in-store may therefore differ from what was available online.

With over 7,000+ pieces included in the website sale, it may not be possible for us to display the complete selection physically at the stores. We therefore  recommend exploring the website sale as well, where the wider selection will be available during sale period.
